DS LEGENDS OPENS SEED ROUND FUNDING WITH $1M TARGET
Having already developed several Web3 applications with our own stablecoin, together with several exchanges, NFT platforms and blockchain games using BNB chain, we at DS Legends hope to raise SGD $1m for 10% equity with the opening of our seed funding round.

Secure data handling is often complex, and illegal data breaches are often attributed to the centralised nature of most servers, leading to hefty fines and major reputational damage.
Since 2021, DS Legends has been committed to helping businesses keep data securely using 256-bit data encryption — the largest, virtually brute force-unbreakable encryption standard bit size as mandated by the Advanced Encryption Standard. With this, DS Legends has strong capabilities in developing, auditing and customising Web3 and smart contract solutions for clients.
EXISTING CAPABILITIES
We have since not only raised SGD $225k and SGD $195k in 2 pre-seed rounds, but have also since:
· Established a team of 20 specialists, including PHP, MERN, Blockchain and Unity developers to build decentralised apps (dApps);
· Has obtained Fintech Certification from Singapore Fintech Association;
· Established two exchanges (Findexx and Symex);
· Currently spearheading development for a super-decentralised application (super dApp)
We currently provide 3 main services for B2B clients — dApp development, security auditing of smart contracts, and data safekeeping. In addition, we have also initiated building of multiple projects. Not only can interested parties and investors find out how they work here, but they can also try these projects on our testnet:
Presently, projected revenue for 2022 is estimated at SGD $1m, with the primary revenue source being development and sales of dApps, DPT and NFT platforms. Secondary revenue sources include NFT sales and exchange partnerships. We also have our own stablecoin, which increases in utility every day. We are planning to relaunch the stable coin with more stable smart contract.
OUR FUTURE INVESTOR
DS Legends is currently looking for investors or Venture Capitals with a minimum investment of SGS $50k to lead this funding round. This seed round target is currently SGD$1m and aims to sell 10.0% of company shares at a projected valuation of SGD $10m.
The investment will be spent on operational costs and obtaining licenses to operate fully in both Singapore and the UAE, in addition to existing operations in Singapore, Malaysia, India and Bangladesh. The investment will also accelerate the development of our aforementioned products and prepare them for launch in the near future.
We are confident in our long-term profitability and share valuation. Our current share valuation is based on presently developed products, infrastructure, and revenue streams. Investors should also consider the strengths of both management and development teams, as well as the values of DS Legend’s ready-to-launch and in-development products, the stablecoin, and our payment gateway.
