Incorporation of DS Legends Pte. Ltd.

Singapore, September 2021; DS SOLUTIONS PTE LTD, a certified Fintech company in Singapore and leading digital payment token exchange, recently sold 19% of issued shares to A&A BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD for an undisclosed amount, using the capital to fund several new initiatives that rapidly increase the capabilities of DS SOLUTIONS PTE LTD in the Fintech marketplace.

Following this, DS SOLUTIONS PTE LTD, a member of the Singapore Fintech Association, which until now has been exempt from MAS licensing under the Payment Services Act, have invested in suitable professional hires to assist in the application and management of the Standard Payment Institution License from MAS. This license will enable DS SOLUTIONS PTE LTD to further strengthen their presence in Singapore.

In conjunction with this expansion program, DS SOLUTIONS PTE LTD have also invested in a new startup, DS LEGENDS PTE LTD focusing on Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and Metaverse. Investors has shown keen interest in the new start-up and 15% of the share has already been taken up.
